TERMS
Delivery -
- All products offered by the Miracle Fruit Hut are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) for U.S orders.
- International Fresh or Frozen miracle Berry orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx (Express 1-2 Days Delivery) The Additional Charge for this is Approx. ($50) However this will be quoted with the customer separately based on their location. If you wish to order Miracle berries and you are internationally based please Contact Us for shipping quotes and total costs.
- Orders are shipped in a timely manner however in peak holidays such as Christmas & Valentines day etc, we may have a backlog and a few days delay in shipping out orders. Occasionally plants are shipped a day or two later later due to preparation requirements.
Payments -
- All the Payments on our website are securely made through Paypal allowing all the major credit card vendors and Debit card payments too. If you are making a wholesale order we do offer other payment options including bank/wire transfer.
- Please Note : Your Paypal Transaction/Payment acts as your Receipt for your Order transaction.
Refunds -
- Due to the nature of the items we sell Fresh Berries which are very perishable once picked and Live Plants, we are Not able to offer refunds to customers. In the very rare occasion a plant arrives Dead we will offer a replacement however please note the Plant will go through shipping stress and arrive often in shock requiring recovery time ranging from 1-2 months. It is normal that the plant may lose leaves or branches but once the Rooting process begins again the plant will develop new branches and leaves and get back to its initial state of health.
- Every Plant Order is shipped with a Care sheet to assist the customer in the recovery of the Miracle Fruit Plant. If you require further documentation on caring for your miracle fruit plant please see here
- Berries are shipped Overnight (Please make sure you sign for the berries from the courier) this is the responsibility of the customer knowing what they are ordering and that a live item could suffer in quality if left at the post office for a long period of time, We do not offer any replacements or refunds for Orders spoiled neither Plant or berries when neglected and left at the post office.
- Plants are shipped on Priority Mail 2-3 days to minimize any risk of a dead plant on arrival.
- If your Mberry Miracle Fruit Tablet order is lost in transit we would be more than happy to reship it for you free of charge one time only. (Please note: this does not include International orders, International Customers order at their own risk)
Packaging
- Miracle Berries - Our Miracle berries are shipped safely to all our customers and are shipped Overnight. Frozen berries are packed with 2 or 3 ice gel packs, depending on the berries quantities, inside a foam box and a cardboard box, Please see Pictures below.
