(Hot) Fruit Compote Recipe


  •     4 cups fresh fruit (see recommendations below)
  •     Unsweetened fruit juice
  •     Nutmeg and cinnamon

In a medium-sized saucepan place chopped fresh fruit and add just enough fruit juice to cover fruit. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon to taste. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until fruit is tender. Serve warm (or chilled) in dessert bowls. Serves 4 to 6.

Recommended fruits: apples, peaches, pears, rhubarb, plum, prune, whole berries. Dissolve 1 Miracle frootie on your tongue before eating.
